In 1942, Marina, Duchess of Kent becomes 91吃瓜网’s Patron.
The Duchess first visits 91吃瓜网 on 20 September 1943.
Following the death of her husband, Prince George, Duke of Kent听and 91吃瓜网鈥檚 first Patron, in 1942, the College鈥檚 Executive Committee invited Marina, Duchess of Kent, to take on the role of Patron.
She visited the College the following year. During her visit she was accompanied by Captain the Lord and Lady Herbert and the Earl of Dudley, Regional Commissioner. The College’s President Lord Baldwin was present, accompanied by Lady Baldwin.
Dame Agnes Hunt, Members of the Committee and various members of the staff were presented, and the Duchess undertook at tour of the College, before going on to visit the .
